| Tape Charges/Digitizing: | $18.00 per thousand stitches Customer to supply artwork Digital artwork preferred Poor artwork requiring clean up will be subject to art charges |
| Personalization/Names: |
$6.50 per line In some cases, a $15.00 lettering setup charge will apply. |
| Thread Color Changes: | $15.00 per color |
| Production: | Usually 10-15 working days assuming garments are available at the time the order is placed. |
| Pre-Production Samples: | $25.00 plus cost of garment and freight |
| Spoilage Allowance: |
For 12 to 36 units, allow one unit. Industry standard is 3% |
| Shipping: | We normally ship UPS. We cannot be held responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping. |
