To imprint 72 T-shirts with a 2 color design / one side:
Cost of shirt (varies) 8.00 x Cost of Printing 2.45 = 10.45 each piece

Then add 25.00 each x 2 screens (colors) for initial set-up charge.

Additional Services, Information and Charges

Small Quantities: 6-23 pieces one color $3.25 each plus screens.
Production time: Normally 10-12 business days for receipt of all goods and approvals.
Artwork: Digital artwork is recommended. Please use PDF format when E-mailing art. If you have your art on disk, convert it to PDF format. 300 dots per inch resolution is recommended for cleanest artwork. E-mailed art is sent to artwork@championgarment.com. We also accept artwork via mail. Computer generated black ink on white paper is considered your best option when mailing artwork. Faxes, copies, and low resolution outputs are not considered camera ready artwork.
Screens: $25.00 each (one is required per color/location)
Reorder Set-up: $15.00 per screen/per color.
Flash: .20 each (for printing on dark colored garments)
Custom ink mix: $25.00 each
Ink color change: $12.00 each
Sleeve/leg/pocket prints: add .50 to above prices
Nylon jackets: add $3.00 to above prices
Unfolding, unbagging, pin removal: .25 per unit
Spoilage allowance: For 3 to 36 units allow 1 unit, all others allow 3% (industry standard)
Pre Production proof: 4 color process $50.00
Custom/PMS color match: $25.00 per color
Shipping: We ship UPS. We cannot be held responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping.
